OK, this is a case of good news/bad news: The greyhound racetrack at Plainfield, CT is closing. That's good. About 1000 dogs need homes. That's bad. PLEASE click this link to Greyhound Rescue & Rehab and read the story. Pass it along to anyone you know who MIGHT be considering greyhound adoption.

And, if you can, donate even just $1 to GRR for the interim expenses of kenneling and housing pups in foster homes. If you know who your local greyhound adoption group is, make sure they know about this crisis!!!
